Collaborate with faculty experts, staff and other students who share your passion for understanding the natural world and contributing to positive change. You’ll gain a broad foundational understanding of conservation and natural resources management, which you’ll then apply to one of six core emphasis areas:
- Conservation biology
- Ecology, management, and restoration of rangelands
- Fisheries conservation and management
- Global change ecology and management
- Watershed management and ecohyrdology
- Wildlife conservation and management
Each option prepares you for positions with most agencies and organizations involved in natural resources conservation and management, and for graduate programs in applied ecology and resource management.
